My Story

My career has taken many twists and turns through consulting, auditing, startups, and ownership in several industries including energy, consulting, commercial real estate, non-profit and Christian churches.  Most recently, I have spent a year helping build and run a disaster recovery group that has helped churches respond to Hurrican Harvey in Houston.

I have audited hundreds of companies, consulted for dozens, started a few and put some out of their misery.  These have ranged in size from two partners with an annual revenue of $200,000 to clients worth billions such as Shell Oil and Hines REIT.


I work with leaders that want to improve their organizations.  We work through the vision and strategy of the organization and how to best set and achieve the goals that will lead to that vision.  This is done by developing a relationship of trust and taking the organization through the following four steps:

  1. Evaluation
  2. Decluttering
  3. Strategizing
  4. Execution
